This was one of the songs we knew we were listening to one of the best bands of all time. First time I heard it I probably played it a hundred times .I think when I stopped it was 1971 and a new album came out oh yeah.

Saw Zep a year later in Hollywood,Fl. They just release their 3rd album. They opened with the Immigrant Song. Brought the house down. I was 15 ft from the stage.

Their guitar, bass and drums was a powerful blitz. I witnessed them in 72 as a 12yr old where i sold souvineer programmes at the local rock stadium. Unforgettable opener was The Immigrant Song, very influential on me at that age
