This is a little relatable, I am half/mostly deaf in my left ear due to an incident that exploded my ear drum. And my mom for whatever reason thought I was entirely deaf in that ear, I was at one point but I can hear though its very much quieter compared to my other war

Lol the feeling of sitting in the damn booth at the hearing clinic and knowing that there are beeps happening and that you just cannot hear anything is so specific lol. I remember being a little kid and getting out of the booth once because I thought we were done because I couldn't hear anything for so long lmao

If i may ask ; does your back still hurts despite the numerous surgeries you had ? And is walking more difficult since your knees have a significant height difference ? (I would guess it isnt now but maybe when you learned to walk or when the difference grew) These are genuine questions and i hope i worded them correctly! ā¤

My tinnitus interferes with hearing tests. Between that and techs that talk during the test, I don't have a very good idea of how my hearing actually is. Glad you could check yours.
