After the birth of our first son, Atlas, we found ourselves back in the emergency room just 24 hours after discharge, struggling to feed him in the midst of a pandemic. It was a tough lesson that while breastfeeding offers amazing benefits like immunity, bonding, and easier digestion, it doesn't always go as planned.

We learned that "Fed is Best." With Atlas, we switched to formula feeding, and he's now a happy and healthy child. With our second baby, my wife is successfully combining breastfeeding and formula, finding a balance that works beautifully for us.
