🔥Lower Body, slow burn, Workout with dumbbells
Pick up challenging dumbbells at home & let’s get it. Focus on slow and controlled movements. Try to do pause reps at the bottom or 1 & quarter reps for extra 🔥
5 Exercises💪
1. Heal elevated goblet squat
2. Side to side lunges
3. DB elevated back lunge with knee drive
4. DB staggered stance deadlifts
5. Wide stance sumo squats
3-4 sets of each exercise with enough rest in between each set
Aim for 12-15 reps per exercise.
