I bought one for my mom for Christmas. The batteries are absolute crap. I did a timed test today and from 100 to 0 it lasted 11 minutes.

It might not run with the charger plugged in, I’m sure you’ve tried it already but just in case. This is a really weird issue! Maybe something inside the battery gave out
