Nothing we canβt restore πͺπ» First we start with the belt sander to take off the old layer of coating, using the edger to get right up against the wall without removing the baseboards π€― Next we fill the gaps with a flexible filler called Pak Stop by Berger-Seidle. Once dried this gets sanded off, the floor gets buffed and then we coat. We are using a 3 coat system, water based polyurethane (FlexPrimer, SmartHome, CeramicStar UltraMatt) all by the German brand Berger-Seidle.
Done! Beautiful, natural finish and no more gaps ππ»

Pak stop is so amazing, used it on a brand new install in my house and zero gappage, flawless.
It also got on my tshirt while spreading and half a year later and countless times through the wash it's still rubbery
