• 2 cups masa harina corn flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1-1/2 cups of warm water
Combine ingredients and then knead mixture until the dough is soft and the stickiness goes away. It should be a little softer than play dough!
Then let the dough rest for about 30 minutes to an hour in a warm spot.
Finally, divide the dough into little balls and put in between parchment paper to prevent sticking. Using a rolling pin roll out the dough until it forms a circle (or at least something closely resembling a circle) 🤪 then cook on a preheated skillet for about 40-60 seconds per side until it appears slightly golden brown!
After making these I may have to invest in a tortilla press!😍 they were so fun to make.
