Ingredients:
(I doubled the original recipe-cut in half if need be)
2 lbs ground beef
4 large eggs
3 cups panko bread crumbs
1 cup whole milk
3 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried oregano
4 oz fresh grated parmesan (can buy already grated but I had the time) about 1 cup
Black pepper
6 tbsp or about 1/3 cup of olive oil

Combine everything but the beef in a bowl and mix together until it forms a wet paste. Add half the ground beef to the mixture and incorporate. Then add the other half.

Form desired size meatballs and place on a parchment lined sheet pan and bake for about 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Flip the meatballs, making sure a nice brown crust has formed underneath. Bake for another 5-7 minutes.

Add meatballs to a pot of already warmed sauce. I used store bought (Rao’s marinara is my favorite). Let them take a quick bath in the sauce. Then serve over pasta and top with fresh grated parm.

Enjoy :)
