Just seeing the notification I knew what was coming. Wasn't sure if there was an even easier way though. Used to cook for a senior living facility and this made making potato salad for 300 a breeze

i usually prefer larger pieces of egg in my potato salad, so i just cut them into chunks in hand. varying sizes is better imo. same with the potato: smaller potato pieces will overcook and turn to mash, making the potato salad thicker while still keeping mostly intact potato chunks 👍

I use a pastry cutter. Takes seconds and you can chop as fine as you like
