I don't think Apple's estimation is accurate. At 250+ charge cycles you would lost 500mAh capacity. Maybe you'll see a drastic drop in battery health after iOS 19. Have you checked it in 3utools or coconut battery? I'm at 500 charge cycles on my pixel 7 after 2.5 years
