Sukuna domain would work against toji because it has no barrier (which is rare) and it targets everything with or without cursed energy, which is why it's so destructive. With most domains they only attack ppl with cursed energy and if you have none your seen as an object and no threat and even if you destroy the shrine like gojo did in the manga the shrine just marks the center of the domain's radius so youd still be in it and chopped up
