Going somewhere by yourself without anyone is such an adventure! I travel solo 90% of the time. If its a long trip it can be a struggle but i implore you try take it all in!!! Its the best! Good luck x

Visit Easton, the Columbus Zoo, German Village (be sure to eat at Schmidts!), there is a really interesting underground railroad museum on the east side of town (I can't remember the name at the moment). You just missed the Pumpkin Show in Circleville, but it would be worth going back another time. See the concrete corn in Dublin, visit Greenlawn Cemetery to see some really old grave stones. Eat at Comune (my son works there), eat Planks pizza, tour Graters Ice Cream (on Bethel Rd).
Athens is a college town right across the river from WVA. Not the most economically sound area. It is in Appalachia. Pretty architecture, there is a very nice biking trail in Athens.

Columbus is funky-nearby Dublin is great in the evenings. I’m in Cleveland and there are TONS of things to do and see here.

I'm not from either, but in these situations I usually find a place in a quite area and duck-tape the people in a closet for a couple days while I'm visiting. 🤣🤣

I’m curious what there is to do there too because I live in Florida and the number of Ohio license plates I see of people from there who moved here makes me think there must not be a ton to do because there’s nothing to do in my tiny town 😂

Short North is interesting, art museum is free on Sunday. Get a steak sandwich at wario’s, it’ll be featured on Diners Drive Ins and ??? show with Guy Fieri
