There are two major issues with carb consumption.

1. People are eating way too much. The average individual is consuming over 350 grams per day.

2. The carb source you’re consuming is non-nutritional junk foods.

On the internet blanket statements like “carbs are bad” are often made without context. The reality is that the details matter on these topics. Carbs are not bad, but the way people eat carbs is very bad.

i totally agree with this however it is difficult to get as many carbs as you need, especially if you are training with high intensity, if you are only eating vegetables and fruits.

Idk about you, but fruits and veggies wont satisfy by need for carbs, im way too active. Id be eating non stop all the time to try and keep up.
