I just cut it in half, leaving the two ends on. Use a spoon to scoop out and eat. This way you get to drink the juice too.

The peel is edible also.. weird texture but high in vitamin c and fiber 🙂

Here's an easier way than what you did..just cut the kiwi in half in the middle, then scoop out with a spoon. Enjoy !!!
So easy and really no mess either. Juice stays in. Learned from my 8 year old granddaughter.

You can eat the entire fruit with the peel. The skin is loaded with vitamins and I buy these when there’s sickness in my family and they eat the entire fruit and they get well pretty fast. It’s very good
