The fact that its honorable enough to let you enter keycodes is strangely nice.
The parasite inside of that body is really only following you about because it thinks its funny and likes to freak people out. It doesnt even do that much damage.

the thing about crookeds is that they seem to be still in control of themselves even with the parasite practically being their only life source, like the whole weeping angel thing is from the parasite giving it the instincts but cannot control any more than that, like if they weren't in control, they wouldn't help you up and especially wouldn't brush your shoulders as a sort of silent apology.

I feel bad for Crooked, when Sebastian talks about him he says that he thinks this is just a game likely due to the parasite on his head, but he must have been a really kind person before he became the Crooked because he still demonstrates manners and cares for you even after the trauma his disalivement and the Parasite gave him, heβs easily my favorite Pressure character now

Guys, I have a theory.
In a document about Sebastian's past, theres a part that says:
"After feigning the affects of anesthesia, Z-13 (Sebastian) pretended to succumb and woke up unguarded during transport. He killed an Elite Guardsman [CENSORED]"
And in the lore of The Crooked,
It is revealed that The Crooked is a former corpse of an unnamed Guardsman who comes back to life by the parasite on his head.
Which could mean The Crooked is the Elite Guardsman that Sebastian killed during his transportation to the Hadal Blacksite.

honestly, he's the coolest entity I've encountered in pressure.
he's the only one that makes you feel like you're with an opponent that plays fair , letting you input codes and tamper with radios in peace. (since you obviously can't do that and look at him at the same time)
others are either reliant on predatory instincts/territorial behavior (anglers, pandemonium, di-vine as an example for territorial) or are just there to see you downfall in any way they can (pAInter), they just make you feel like you stumbled into a food chain you were never meant to be. crooked's different.
