Hi maddie, Thank you for taking interest in reading the latest revelation of God the Quran! Kuddos to you :)! I will try to answer your question if I may. There has been 124 000 prophets since the beginning of humanity. Each prophet was send to guide one group of people. So there are many true religion that come from God including hinduism which is one of the first religion to appear in the world, than later Judaism with prophet Moses, Christianity with prophet Jesus, and more recently Islam with prophet Muhammed, peace be upon him and all the prophets including Jesus. Thats is why God states that there are good people among Jews and Christians. However some misconceptions have altered those religions over time and it has become more difficult to stay on the right path in those religions (but not impossible). That is why God encourages people to follow the most recent update of religion : Islam.
