"4 1/2 lines" she has two songs and is a prominent part of the episode. The reason bee isn't in more episodes is because there isn't really a reason for her to, i doubt she was ever meant to be an important part of the story and it'd only really make sense to see her in loona focused episodes which we haven't really got since episode 8. She was also meant to show how far vivzie and the show/s have gone from a small youtube channal first hitting it big with a fan made animated mv of "die young" by kesha to a fully developed show with kesha as a va. If she were to show up again we probably would get to see more of her character but from what we have we can already tell volumes of her character. Not every character has to have a deep emotional scene to be "good" and the episode wasn't even about her in the first place.
