I have a question. during my clg i didn't work with any company in 2020 but some one added by adhar to that company's EPFO portal, not accepted any offer, not given my documents to anyone, not signed any Acceptance letter, IDK why they have added my PF account on EPFO. I had raised the complaint against them. I have a copy of the filed complaint.. didn't get any response from the PF office. Did this impact my BGV check?? Although Marked myself exited on the same date of joining. How can i deal with this situation if BGV happens and ask questions about this fraud employment...

Hello mam, I just want to know if someone applied in a company and filled his /her details in the company portal,but not get any reply from the company end so for how long a candidate data should be stored in the company's database, weather it's going to be vanished from the company database or stay forever into the company's portal, data like -pancard details , adhar card details or so on.
