The scene you showed here is stall but the cause is some issue ( or stress ) with the copilot or some nose problem , because of that the copilot just kept pulling up in a panick and they stalled

Some issue here caused the plane to stall.
It can be either from the angle of attack, or from the lack of speed. Usually, when you are close to stalling, there are a few symptoms a pilot can distinguish. They will stop hearing airflow, the plane will tremble a bit, and the controls will be 'numb' and harder to control(on smaller planes like Cessnas, there are stall buzzers in the wings. Those buzzers buzz when approaching a stall situation). Usualy, the aircraft's systems would have prevented the stall, and the pilots wouldve compensated. There was an issue that caused the stall, and the plane fell to its end.
(I am an air cadet; that is how I got that knowledge ;-;)
