Hi Bobby, when I read the reviews on your website for your pumpkin spice protein last year, there were dozens of reviews saying that it had a rancid taste. Many people said they tried to contact you for a refund but got denied. It had the lowest average stars and most negative reviews of any of your powders. I don’t think you ever addressed this. What happened and is it going to be the same thing this year? Thanks.
