I've never encountered the golem roar in trial of one. Personally I feel like they need to remove attuned enemies from the trial. It feels kinda bullshit losing the entire trial because you messed up once against a thunderstruck monster and you get fucking stun locked.

pro tip: if the golem roars jump and slide out of the radius, its not a guarantee you'll survive but its better than just standing there

You can dodge it but that’s your only way to counter it and even then it could just follow up with a have to dodge move which I hate about a lot of mini bosses like widow, the spider bite and web you have to roll but like it doesn’t give you enough time to dodge the next, the clawswipes are whatever but those are 2 moves that are just annoying

also if you roll the beam and it goes into the swing you cant dodge it because of roll cd.

All moves are parriable except for the swing and the beam, you wont be on roll cooldown, just dodge the spikes

If you hit while parrying the golems spin attack it will reduce the golems hp enough that you wont encounter the roar at all

I've started playing a week ago and was able to complete trial of one, so long as you just stay close and stick to only dodging attacks other than the spinny, you're good

They should remove enchants and atunement enemies. Parry treated an angel with provenance thorns and it was gg

I usually don't struggle with it but when it does happen it's just instant death and it's kinda annoying.
