Preparazione:
Prima di tutto dobbiamo unire insieme 100 g di zucchero e 50 g di cannella, adesso stendiamo la pasta sfoglia e spolveriamo con zucchero, adesso da entrambi dei due lati verso il centro cominciamo a piegare la nostra pasta sfoglia spolverando ogni strato, adesso cominciamo tagliare le fettine circa 2-3 cm di larghezza, una volta che abbiamo finito non rimane niente altro come poggiare sulla teglia e portare nel forno a 180 gradi 10-15 minuti.
