Eat whole foods that come from nature. Shop the corners of the grocery store. (Make your own bread, eat organic fruits, wild caught salmon, wild caught shrimp, organic, fully grass fed beef, organic chicken, Organic Greek Yogurt Plain O% Fat, local honey, organic maple syrup from Vermont, organic almond milk or organic milk. Stay away from Caffeine all together! Eat small portions throughout the day. Don't eat after 6 pm. Don't do any alcohol. Exercise daily. Get a physical once a year and go to the doctor when you are not feeling well. Stay at a healthy weight according to your height/age. Stay positive!!

I weighed 277 top weight eating all the foods your saying that are unhealthy. Eating no orocessed,sugary foods i now weigh 156. I did not change anything else, just cut out all he has listed here. May you be blessed doc for helping us become aware of what our bodies need to be healthy. At 83 i take no meds. Had to take blood pressure meds for 25 years overweight.
