선생님 트레이를 브라켓 테이블에 둔 채로 헤비를 짠 후에 트레이를 수직으로 들어올리지 말고 영상처럼 바닥에 트레이를 그대로 댄 채로 헤비를 밀면서 들어올리란 말씀이신거죠~?!
