I bring mine indoors to keep over winter and they do well as houseplants too. 👍

I live in Los Angeles where it's warm all year. I propagated a geranium cutting from my neighbor and it's now a big bush thing in my yard. Beautiful flowers all year. It just keeps growing and getting bigger!

Very generous plant. For generations my family roots have had geraniums of many colors in their gardens in Mexico and they require very little care and produce more plants.

I have a geranium and it’s at minimum, at least 14 years old, and a second one that is 5 years old. It used to belong to my great Aunt Gladys. She would bring hers in every winter and put them in her er basement until spring. Then take them back outside. I was given it when she passed away and it’s still alive. I have a video up on it.

I just grew them from seed for the first time this year. They are almost a foot tall! Super easy to grow! Although I had no idea they liked cooler temperatures!

Here in the midwest I like them because they handle our ever changing temperatures, as well as being very drought-tolerant

IIRC, they come in scented varieties, too. Like lemon, cinnamon, or apple. I haven't grown them since I just got started gardening, but I really want to try some!

My geraniums got decimated by catepillars :( It's the only plant i've had major pest issues with, maybe they had eggs in them already when i brought them home from the store.

My first time with geraniums. There going bald from all the beheading? ( that sounds awful) I sure hope they come back.
