That's kinda what I never liked about Sony they are so fixated on what Microsoft or Nintendo are doing trying to stop corporate cohesion and cooperative contracts that they don't see that they've been doing the same thing for years PlayStation has the most exclusive games than anyone (note these aren't made by in house game devs hired trained or built by Sony) all third party developers unlike Nintendo who probably has the most exclusive content (made by Nintendo for Nintendo) and Sony also limits their players quite Abit yes microsoft wants to have Activision and blizzard yes they want Bethesda to make a few exclusive games Sony is trying to stop the merger but look what they literally did with square enix ff16 is exclusive to only ps4-5. I love spiderman but I don't get to play Spiderman unless it's through Sony the avengers game i have on pc granted i had gotten a ps4 around 2015 i have a decent amount of games on it i preordered the spiderman game i love it its great but i got the ps4 because it was cheaper than the xbox one at the time i also noticed alot of things over the years with my ps4 i learned sony's coding is strict and limited like for games like fallout 4 or skyrim that include mods because they do not allow outside resources (coding) games are very very limited to what you can and can't do everything you do is censored in a way especially if your in America. Nintendo you know what your getting into what you'll play and not play all that is fine Xbox I play almost anything they allow third party hardware when I look at costs Sony bleeds their players dry limit cross play and censor games (I guess all consoles do that then why sell conan exiles if I can't customise my dong or run around like a crazy man nude, I'm honestly surprised cyberpunk allowed me to have a dong and tits with xbox) Microsoft will always dominate the software market I just wish Sony could put down their guns and pick up a mirror they own or have more contracts with companies than Microsoft I'm surprised they haven't tried to make their own computer yet. I'm glad Spiderman is on PC now I kinda hope that eventually Microsoft and Sony would simply murge and create one super console I'm tired of picking and choosing.
