That's an icecream soda! We used to drink them all the time as kids in Australia - much nicer with lime or raspberry soft drink or ginger beerđ

Just a suggestion. If you put the coke in first and then add the ice cream, you would have to keep adding coke. Cuts down on the foam. We grew up having root beer floats.
