Here’s a simple and delicious gluten-free brownie recipe that’s rich, fudgy, and easy to make.
Ingredients
• ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ⅓ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• ½ cup gluten-free all-purpose flour (with xanthan gum)
• ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
3. Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until well combined.
4. Sift in cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir until incorporated.
5. Gently fold in the gluten-free flour until no dry streaks remain. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
