I just did this not too long ago. Use a plastic razor blade and start scraping some of it off eventually youâll get to the sheet where itâs all attached to. You can kinda peel it all in one go if youâre patient, after that youâll be left with bare cardboard, use automotive headliner spray and youâre golden. Good luck đ

You can just leave it removed or go Ahead and install lights and glue some vinyl sheeting so you can see through it. Goodlucj

I saw a video that removed everything with a wire brush. They also had to order fabric and adhesive to recover after all the old foam and fabric was removed. The fabric is on Amazon too.
