I think devs made some increased probability to roll trash. All my rings with 3 stats%, and one flat, always rolled triple in that one flat.

Itโs set for either being predetermined completely for all of 1-16 at the time of item drop OR at the time of upgrade and successfully reaching each level. Because something sketch is going on with it so that it is not fair chance/rng each attempt. Thereโs no other explanation for why test runs offline just happen to be the actual real number of times it takes when doing it for real while online. Tried it with three offline runs and then one real and all were the same number of attempts it took for all 4 items I tried this with. The chances of all that coincidentally happening randomly with each roll and item are basically zero (1 in 2,821,109,907,456).
