Absolutely agree! It’s great to see someone recognize that a rushed implementation, trying to follow Agile just because everyone else is, isn’t always effective. In many cases, SAP integration needs a holistic approach, and a waterfall methodology may be a better fit.

Facts. I watched your long form on this topic and agreed 100%. Many executives see a trending practice and in order to appear “current” they adapt a practice or strategy that they have little to no experience with only to fail miserably.
