I was in the same situation too but my gecko now is almost 30 gr, since April to now, i was feeding him by hand and it was difficult because in the begining he did not want to eat insects, but now he is very good eating by himself :) i am so happy yours have become better, they are like all animals in general not everyone grows as same as others :) probably in some more months he will be great!

Hello! I just got a cresty that looks exactly like the condition of yours in the beginning. I’m so worried for him. I got him a few days ago and he has a bit of energy but I noticed he is hiding in one spot in his tank mostly. He will eat when I’m offering on a chopstick but I’m concerned he’s not going to find the food on his own. Any advice for me?
