Well the guy did great when he was 20 fighting in WW2 but now he's old and probably doesn't even know how a phone works. I'm not taking his word for anything when it comes to dictating the modern world. Guy lived in a different world, he shouldn't be allowed to steer this one right as he's about to die.

Shame on them. That man fought for his country and I believe he believes Trump is truly a great man who believes in democracy. But he's been scammed.
Let's remember, many of MAGA are victims of a scam and just like when friends and family approach someone they love who is being catfished, the victim is emotionally-connected to the scammer and will often lash out at those who are trying to get them to see reason.
As a veteran myself, I see fellow veterans walking around the VA with Trump hats or shirts and while some of them genuinely like hate and misogyny and racism, MOST of them have been scammed and it infuriates me. After how much contempt he has shown for the military.
And here we have a veteran from World War 2, who fought against fascism, being DUPED into supporting a fascist himself. And he's praising a "man" who dodged the draft 5 times and sent 5 other men to fight in his place.
If I believed in Hell, there wouldn't be a special place for Trump; he would be thrown in and forgotten.

It’s important to note he didn’t say that we needed him to do something. He stated he was willing to do it. Even at his age. He was and still is a real man. He knows his body is no longer ideally suited for combat but is willing to use it in defense of this nation and its ideals. The poster of this video on the other hand wouldn’t recognize bravery or manliness if it were staring him in the face. The make America great again movement is about freedom. A strong national defense (when used correctly) is also about freedom. Standing up for what’s right is about freedom. Being a victim, cancel culture, and censorship of ideas, opinions and information are about subjugation, and control. These are the opposites of freedom.
Lucky for you, in America you have the right to choose to be a moron. I on the other hand choose to wave that right. I am and always have been for truth, freedom, options, and the open and civil discussion of ideas, morality, and opinions. These are (at least lately) the opposites of the democrat party’s MO.
