Just had a guy dropped from a roof.....2 days ago.

So things happen right....
We are an unlimited contractor (commercial)
Specialized in roofind.
So 4 months off....no problems.....instead of WK COMP insurance claim.
Guy stays on our payroll all bills covered by a different insurance.
Point is.....majority of cleanning or paintings companies have bs insurance
They not allowed to step on a roof.
So no matter what have the right coverage
Just the airlift will be 80k.
Having a video or photo online open u to the insurance companies avoiding claims..
Our quarterly insurance and wk insurance is over 80k
If we f up we go into a blacklist pool ....and u pretty much out of business.

I agree as I do this myself but just make sure you do your research and try to at least start with decent equipment if you can’t get something beginner wise 2.5gpm or up ideally 4+ and just pressure wash driveways until you can get a nice setup just don’t be the 99$ guy as it ruins it for everyone in the long run !!

When did this become a full time job? And i bet you use the customers water so there bill goes up. Man people have money to waste these days. Lol and thats way to much money for an hour of work.
