as an ex pro and now coach, the wrist position or grip should be natural to the individual, you shouldnt turn his wrist inward. There's plenty of great players with a full straight wrist Stephen Hendry 7x World Champion being one.

Needs to work on finding centre of the white ball. Lots of different wrist positions work. Wouldnāt get hung up on it. Just need to keep it relaxed
