Arise and Shine - The Morning Routine That Changed My Life

Back in my home. Back to my rhythm. 💛

After a year of renovations, I’m finally starting the week in my newly finished space—and it’s giving me all the grounding energy I need as a doctor, mom of three, and entrepreneur.

But let me be honest… I didn’t always have structure to my mornings. For years I tried different routines, hoping something would stick. Nothing really did—until I found Arise and Shine, a beautiful online community that meets every morning for prayer, meditation, intention-setting, and reflection.

Joining this community changed everything—my energy, my presence with my family and patients, even my productivity. It’s been a daily reset that fuels me for the day ahead, and I’m so grateful.
