As a vegetarian, i approve this video. My Aunt who is also a vegetarian once told me, if ur not going to be a vegetarian or vegan, u shud include green veggies into ur diet. If u dnt like green veggies, mix it up with fruits in a blender and make healthy juices. I'm telling u it helps.💖🥰. I love this man's video

Steamed and/or raw broccoli is pretty much a daily staple food for me - such an easily obtainable, inexpensive nutritional powerhouse that is also delicious!

Microwaving also has high nutrient retention. It’s because it is cooked quickly and there is no water for the nutrients to leach into. I like to microwave and then cook it in a skillet for a minute for flavor.
