been doing this for years. My practice partners all stand 1m from net and bang 20 volleys perfectly and then get super mad when in matches they miss every volley because their first strike is from the serve line which they never ever practice. Ive given up saying anything

I cannot somehow connect my backhand volley. It feels so unnatural whereas forehand volley seems easier.
