Raw eggs can be eaten basicly anywhere. Even in countries where it's said to be "unsafe" like America, you can safely eat them lol. Salmonella you will get maybe in 1 out of 10.000 cases. The chance of that is as high as buying packed salmon thats supposed to be eaten raw and eating it.

I'd like to try coating the pan of oil using the tissue instead of pouring the oil directly. But do you dip the tissue into the oil or do you pour the oil onto the tissue ? Also is the tissue reusable ?

A fact : edible raw eggs is called Pasteurization eggs it's a process by boiling eggs for a small time about 2-3min to kill bacteria from it and make it edible even if its raw (some other edible raw eggs is made by another ways but i said one of the ways)

I sometimes mix the whites in with my rice and mix it while the rice is hot so it “cooks” then egg on top with furikake, soy sauce, and Sriracha. 🇺🇸. If I get sick then oh well
