How can the judge rule it's inadvertent but send them to Brady training? Seems conflicting. Plus, Defense informed the new judge that State repeatedly omitted or slipped in late evidence and State was already previously admonished by Glanville. The State's bad faith or incompetence or both seems to be grounds for extreme remedy

And how would Brady school help the defendants in this case they have already gotten away with too much I can see if she called a mistrial and sent them to school this is a mess she canāt clean up

I mean, that sounds kind of stupid and embarrassing. These are lawyers. They have to go to Brady training what on a major trial case thatās publicized every day. Itās really embarrassing for the judiciary system. and this judge is not much better then Granville sheās giving the states so many chances this Case couldāve been done 1 million times over with Brady and no evidence. I was listening to a podcast with Ashleigh merchant she said the prosecutor before Willis said there is no evidence and Woody is not a credible witness He wouldnāt even try the case but of course, the corrupt Fani when she got in office did.
