How I deal with ball chasing teammates or opponents is by demo chasing them not including my teammates I just let them do their thing

I just started playing rocket league and Iโm still playing free play casual matches and custom training until I actually start to go in competitive but Iโll make sure to keep this channel in mind by subbing when I go in competitive games.

in c1 i just let them chase, they're trying to be as fast as possible and miss a lot, usually i save with a clear and it's open, or they just hit the backboard and leave their net open, if at least one is smart it's a 2v1 anyways so i just leave the ball for my teammate and demo/bump the only defender, then it's open

I'm not some pro or anything cuz I'm still diamond but I will say this strategy works the best in 1v1, BUT it does work in 2v2 most of the time. 3v3 not so much bc if ur low enough rank ur tm8s are mid most of the time, and also not in high ranks bc then ppl are smart enough to know not to get stuck in ur corner
