The U.S. Dept. of Agriculture was also actively involved on taking farm land away from Black farmers.

The first time I heard about the plight of Black farmers was 25 years ago. It's horrible the abuse disrespect and torment these farmers face. This is historic hate and discrimination linked to the legacy of slavery and Jim Crow

I SUPPORT BLACK FARMERS all over the south....fight fight fight, so you thrive. They did it in FL to a black farmer for the Cannabis farming industry during Rick Scott governance. There is discrimination to black, brown, and yellow, my peeps....no can't do & won't do. Bring ALL OF THEM TO LIGHT.

Good for you for putting this video out, my dear sir. This discrimination needs to STOP.

WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE WHO THREW YOUR APP IN THE TRASH?

I support Black farmers and stand firm against this common discrimination. You got my 💯 support. You need to get this documented and take witness with you during these incidents, bc this is the only way to call out officials and especially the USDA federal officials this is not by no way professional it’s criminal behavior and need to be stopped sir. Don’t back ; you may have to open up a class action suit bc you are not the only Black farmer today that is sadly being discriminated against. Last class action suit of this type of farmers discrimination with the NAACP atty V’s. Gov bank loans . Black farmers won . Guess it’s time to do this again to remember right . God bless you 🙏

This is absolutely horrific! I worked for the FSA for a couple of years and did my best to serve minority farmers as best I could. We had a couple of Mexican farm families that a lot of people in the office spoke poorly of and I worked extra hard to serve them with the best of our services. They excused their poor attitudes because these farmers were rude to them or other various bs offenses that were touted, it pissed me off because how many of the white farmers were known assholes and drunkards, but because they're families we're known for generations we worked hard to take care of their shit. I saw first-hand both the good and the bad of that 'agency' during my time there, we actually helped some people who really needed it. The most upsetting thing I learned from day one though was that this 'agency' was in fact established as the Commodity Credit Corporation... so yeah, anyway. Can't say that I'm shocked overall. If you want to learn more about how fucked these agencies are, read about the Pigford lawsuit(s).

I pray that this man, and all black farmer’s, get the justice they deserve and proper treatment from all members of the community, but most especially, government and federal employees. They should have the utmost tolerance and respect for all American citizens, regardless of the color of their skin.

I am 73 . I have given up on the idea that all people are ever going to understand that people are people. And their skin color is different than a lot of other people . And they can be treated badly as well . I hope these fools like lawsuits .And I'm sorry you and others have gone through such horrible things
