Although Mansa Musa was one of the largest slave owners, from what we have researched, there is no clear evidence showing he was involved in the slave trade. "His riches came from mining significant salt and gold deposits in the Mali kingdom. Elephant ivory was another major source of wealth.", acording to National Geographic. Thank you.
