Honestly a lot of old League champs especially in earlier designs were wayyyy more busted. Even some items. I feel like the biggest which you mentioned is invulnerability and mobility. A lot of characters that are in my eyes, over powered, are more so due to bs mechanics, insane durability, or having no "falling on their face" if they fail their play.

I love chogath, but I have said a lot that I can feel the difference between new champs and chogath. However, silences are golden.

I think in an effort to shorten average game length they’ve taken away a lot of things that made the game fun back in the day. It’s legitimately too fast now. The RTS roots are almost totally gone.

LoL doesn’t have a power creep issue, it has a feature issue. Champs used to have kits that were easier to understand and clear strengths and weaknesses. Now you have that famous K’Sante rant and “Gwen is immune”. If I need to crack open a textbook and calculator in order to understand what a champ does, it does too much.

Riot’s solution to power creep is also to add more and more executes and %hp dmg to the game…
So many newer heroes as well as reworks have these mechanics and imo it just feels like a lazy bandaid solution to their tank meta. Tho i have’t played the past few patches since yunara came out.

But if everything is slowly powercrept in relation to each other then I don't think so. If you increase damage then later increase health, time to kill is the same and isn't true powercreep.

The fact that malphite is still a viable character shows league is not power crept. Feature creep has absolutely happened but power not really.

I wouldn't say it's powercreep in terms of the champions, items, rune, etc. The real powercreep is the player. People in silver sometimes dodged point blank cass ult nowadays, that was unheard of back then

While Yugioh and League are powercrept, Path of exile 1 is way more powercrept, stuff that was hard before is a cakewalk for anyone, even people who are new, ofcourse some times the developers decide to try and make it more in line and they buff the monsters, but that is just more power overall no?

Dude if you think league has "power creep" you clearly forgot how busted some old character mechanics were, I think the new characters can be way too complex or too bloated (like Ksante or Akshan) but usually they're not that much stronger than old champions.

Has League experienced power creep? Definitely.
Is League the most power crept game? Not even close.
Even Valorant probably has more power creep.
Every TCG has insane power creep.
I remember playing some gachas a few years ago where I quit because every new character would be 100% win rate against any team that didn't have it.
MMOs like RuneScape have massive power creep, much like League it typically benefits the game overall.
