Yes, Co-Pilots do sit on the right, but both pilots do take off and landing. It’s required so they can maintain currency in flight skills. They usually decide amongst themselves who’ll do departure and arrival, taking shifts during mid flight. But only the Pilot in Command a Captain can taxi an aircraft on the ground. So if a First Officer Co-Pilot has the landing, once slowed to ground speed the Captain takes over to drive the aircraft on the ground using the left seat tiller wheel to negotiate to the gate. Many aircraft types only have a tiller wheel at the left seat. It’s located on the forward left side arm panel. It steers the nose wheel and is operated with the left hand while the right hand operates the throttle controls in the center console.
