I've been playing Super Mario Wonder with an SNES controller and I'm not nostalgic for the SNES controller but the games you've been told on the other hand.
It never caused my mind even though I have ways of using a game cube controller.

Only question is if they get stick drift or use hall effect sensors. After breaking my favorite pair of joy cons replacing the sticks, I simply cannot justify paying for something guaranteed to have issues.
