Where concealment isn't required by law, I hope we can normalize the open carry (including pocket carry) of blades. Not for the purposes of intimidation, but because a blade, whether folder or fixed, is a useful tool for everyday tasks and should not be stigmatized.

Unfortunately in my US state it is illegal to conceal a fixed blade of any size. Your sheath looks awesome though!

Thanks for the video showing how it actually compares to folders. Don't think it's really a fair comparison as the fixed blade should be better for longer / harder use, but still useful if concealment and ease of carry are all that matters for a particular situation. This or some other pocket fixed blade will almost certainly be my next knife, and also really want a Yipper after seeing your review

In CA we have to have the knife in plain view and attached to the belt. I know this is not the rule in every state but it’s better to attach the magnetic sheath to the belt with a drop swivel and the tip in the pocket than to have your knife completely concealed.

Best way to carry a fixed blade is scout infront of you. I also had to make my own sheath for this knife.

Yo, that sheath is amazing. Though I live out in the country were I do not need to worry about concealing my knife I can wear it on my hip and nobody cares

Looks like only only a problem with that fixed blade. Plenty of other small fixies out there being sold with kydex sheaths that pair well with the very ulticlip you used on your diy sheath and carry the same depth. It's a matter of what your priorities are when making the purchase i guess. You want the total package where an ulticlip is the only extra needed or do you want a great blade that you'll have to redo the sheath for in order to deep pocket carry.
