Ingredients:
1. Noodles family pack. 3 (or 12 single pack noodles)
2. Chicken boneless 200 g
3. Carrot. 4 (cut into strips)
4. Cabbage. 1 cup
5. French beans. 1 cup
6. Capsicum. 1 big
7. Onion. 1
8. Tomato. 1
9. Garlic. 10 pods
10. Egg. 3
11. Salt. 1/2 tsp
12. Pepper. 1/2 tsp
13. Oil. 2 tbsp
Cut egg omelette into long strips
14. Oil. 6 tbsp
High flame
Add chopped garlic
Add onion sauté for 2 minutes
Add tomato and sauté for 2 minutes
Add carrot and sauté for 2 minutes
Add beans and sauté for 2 minutes
Add cabbage and sauté for 2 minutes
Add capsicum and sauté for 2 minutes
Add cooked chicken chunks and egg strips
Sauté in high flame for 5 minutes
Lower the flame and add
15. Tomato sauce. 2 tbsp
16. Soya sauce. 1/2 tsp
17. Noodles masala sachets. 4 nos
18. Oregano. 1 tsp
17. Chilly powder. 1 tsp
18. Salt.
Mix well
Keep 5 minutes
20. Water. 15 cup
21. Salt
22. Oil. 5 tbsp
23. Noodles family pack. 3 nos(12 single pack)
After 7 minutes, with a large strainer take cooked noodles from water and then directly into the masala we made.(no need to strain out the full water)
This procedure will help our noodles and masala a friendly relationship
Other wise the dry noodles will be separate from the masala even if we mix well
24. Oil. 5 tbsp
25. Vinegar. 2 tsp
26. Salt as needed
Add all the above ingredients and Mix noodles into the masala
In high flame
Now after 5 minutes of mixing u can see all the has dried and well cooperated
Switch off the flame
Serve the delicious non sticky noodles
