Thats exactly what happened to me. I do it agressively that cause "prepatellar bursitis".
What i did? I focus to activate my glutes. Bursitis is gone, no pain anymore but still... I continue to activate my glutes as long as i live bcos i don't want to experience anymore that excruciating, irritating & disgusting pain. Thank you dr David for your awesome teaching.

That makes so much sense... I stopped doing it because it never seemed to actually elongate the quad and only provided temporary relief. My quads are so tight so you know my knees hurt!

Thats what they tell you to do after knee replacement to get a good degree of bend in the knee. From a laying down position, it still creates a lot of pull.
