Which sleeping bag to choose?

Peyman slept over 4000 nights in tent in some of world’s most extreme conditions: in Sahara desert, winter above the Arctic circle, Bushes of Africa, in the boreal forest in Lapland… you name it.
In this video he explains which kind of sleeping bag to choose for Summer, Autumn, Spring & Winter.

Note: the seasons are referred to the seasons in Northen part of the world ( for example Finland, Sweden, Canada, Norway, Alaska), so for example if you are living in Spain you don’t need -15•c sleeping bag.

Also note that for winter season the idea is to combine a -15•c down bag with a light synthetic bag in the way if the tempreture goes below -15•c, you can have warm and comfy night sleep.
